You can now choose whether your contacts stay in the Delay step until the countdown is over or exit the delay when a selected event (such as a reply or a click) occurs.

It’s now possible to use the Overloop Chrome extension in Salesforce in a similar way as on LinkedIn or SalesNavigator - you can save contacts, add them to campaigns, etc.

It works on Leads and Contacts in Salesforce.

Exciting news for you! Your days of manually tracking down invoices are over.


You can enable the option in your notification settings, and our system will automatically email your invoices directly to the company admins. Plus, you can also specify an additional email address in your billing settings to receive these invoices.

Threads vs. new emails and subject lines improvement

Hey there,

We're thrilled to share some updates on the threads/new emails/subject lines management in campaigns. Here's what's new:

  1. "Start a new thread" option in each email. Now, each email step of a campaign lets you decide whether to "Start a new thread" or continue the existing one. The first email of the campaign will always start a new thread. And you can choose whether to continue the thread or start a new one as per your requirements.
  2. Flexible Subject Lines. Even when a thread is ongoing, you can still choose to modify the subject line of your emails. This adds a new layer of flexibility to your campaigns, ensuring your messages align perfectly with their content.

Custom Throttling and New Settings Interface

We are pleased to announce two updates that aim to enhance your experience on our platform and give you more control over your email operations.

  1. Custom Throttling: We've heard your feedback, and we're thrilled to let you know that you now have the ability to extend the email sending throttling up to 5 minutes. This new feature gives you more control over your email sending rate, allowing you to manage your inbox more efficiently.
  2. Redesigned Email Account Settings Page: We played a little Tetris with the email account settings page. Now, they're grouped together, making things a whole lot easier to navigate.

Multiple Email Senders in Campaigns

Hi there,

We're excited to share a significant update that'll bring more flexibility and efficiency to your email campaigns - now you can add multiple sending addresses to a single campaign!

You can now distribute the email sending load across multiple connected email accounts. Our system intelligently assigns contacts to senders, ensuring optimal use of all your email accounts.

To start adding multiple senders, simply go to your campaign settings and click on the 'Add Sender' button.

Create activities in Pipedrive from campaigns and workflows

We've just added to option to create new activities in Pipedrive from the syncing step of your campaigns and workflows.

You can choose the title, the type of activity (call, deadline, etc.), and when it is due. The activity will be assigned automatically to the related person owner in Pipedrive.
