We're excited to share a significant update that'll bring more flexibility and efficiency to your email campaigns - now you can add multiple sending addresses to a single campaign!
You can now distribute the email sending load across multiple connected email accounts. Our system intelligently assigns contacts to senders, ensuring optimal use of all your email accounts.
To start adding multiple senders, simply go to your campaign settings and click on the 'Add Sender' button.

We've just added to option to create new activities in Pipedrive from the syncing step of your campaigns and workflows.
You can choose the title, the type of activity (call, deadline, etc.), and when it is due. The activity will be assigned automatically to the related person owner in Pipedrive.
You can now exclude weekends from Delay steps in your campaigns and workflows, giving you even more control over your scheduling.
We've added the ability to sync tracking events to your CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce) with the 2-way sync.

From now on, you can see the results of your LinkedIn outreach in the Performance tab of your campaigns.
You have access to the number of contacts:
And, of course, you can find your LinkedIn reply rate.
We've just launched Smart Limits - an algorithm that automatically determines and sets an optimal daily limit for your LinkedIn actions based on your activity.
Each action type is now evaluated, and the limit for each of them is set separately (you can reach a maximum of 25 connection requests, 50 messages, and 50 profile views per day). This will help you better distribute LinkedIn activities by maintaining safe limits while not missing out on the volume of your Overloop campaigns.
We added a few updates to make your LinkedIn automation with Overloop even more efficient.
Navigate to Reports > Outbound > LinkedIn distribution to see your LinkedIn accounts performance in the past week - the number of profile views, sent connection requests, and sent messages.
You can see the report for all LinkedIn accounts in your company or choose a specific user.

Now you can sort your contacts to better understand your LinkedIn outreach results and build your sales strategy based on the data. You can also apply these filters (just like all other filters) in the Condition steps of your campaigns to bring more personalization to your flow.
As you know, our system automatically sets a dynamic daily limit for LinkedIn actions in your account. Now you can find your current limit in Settings > LinkedIn account.
